Here’s the tea – first looks are NOT required for your wedding day, and they’re not for everyone.
Hear me out….Don’t feel pressured to do a first look because someone once told you that the only way to have an intimate moment with your person was by doing so. They’re wrong + I’ll tell you how we can get creative with getting that time in before the ceremony without doing a traditional first look.
𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻y. Say what? Listen, we can schedule a slot on the timeline to make the call. It’s easy peazy – zero stress on rushing you to a secret location for the first look and you still get in all the feels just by hearing their calm voice in the message expressing their excitement to see you walk down the aisle and bust a move later!! I mean aren’t we all looking forward to the party? With two photographers, these beautiful moments can be captured. ALSO, audio MAKES wedding videos come to life! Our phones have seriously made it so easy for us to save + share, so we can add a little more story telling to your wedding highlight reel by using the voice message!! What- what!
𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵. If you want to be in the same room with your bb, THIS is for you. We can really get creative with this by doing a first touch near an open door way or have you back to back reading your vows or saying a little prayer. You’ll feel the energy + it’s powerful, believe me. If you don’t…well, watch The goop Lab : Intuit episode and you’ll know what i mean ;)
𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀. I don’t know about you, but I love handwritten cards. It’s a personal and intimate approach before the ceremony. Similar to the voice message, but your message in writing; Another keepsake you can add to your memory box you have together.
It’s your wedding day + you choose how your wedding day is photographed. Are you already brainstorming ways to alter your timeline? ✨
